Installment
Plan:
30% down payment due with new business or at renewal. Balance is
divided into three installments payable 60, 150 and 240 days
from policy inception.
Late
Payments:
If payment is not received at Ace by due date, a reminder letter is
mailed. If no payment is received by date on reminder letter (varies
from state to state), a legal notice of cancellation is sent.
